How a design is manifested
We move from intention to cloth with simple steady steps.
STEP 1 DESIGN
AND BRIEF
We take the thought, measure the space and make a sketch that fits the location.
STEP 2 MATERIAL SELECTION
We choose yarn that will feel good to the touch and suit the intended use
STEP 3 HAND TUFTING
Slow work with a tufting gun and a close eye until the pile reads true.
STEP 4 FINISHING AND DELIVERY
We trim, bind and send the art to the door with care

What sizes do you make?
We offer small 33cm diameter pieces and custom sizes. Tell us the space and we will advise.
What materials do you use?
Wool is our standard. We also work with wool blends.
How long does a bespoke piece take?
Most bespoke orders take 4-8 weeks depending on size and detail.
Can I return a rug?
We accept returns on unused stock items within 14 days. Bespoke pieces are final sale.
How do I care for the rug?
Vacuum low, spot clean with mild soap, and avoid direct sun where possible.
